Masks

It’s well established that the best way to minimize person-to-person spread is to wear masks. In our New Jersey centers, masks are required to be worn at all times in hallways and common areas. This applies to our team, clients and visitors. We will keep a supply of masks at each of our reception desks in the event that anyone arrives on the premises without one. In our Florida centers, masks must be worn in hallways and common areas by unvaccinated persons. Please note that vaccinations are required for all Symphony Team Members.

Health

We will monitor all persons entering the premises for signs of illness. We will not permit anyone to enter the premises whom we suspect of having any indication of fever, cough or flu-like symptoms. We reserve the right to check the temperature of any and all persons entering the premises at our discretion.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome at all centers who are compliant with these procedures. Meeting sizes may be restricted in capacity based on local regulations. Visitors will also be required to adhere to our policies on Mask and Health, so please make them aware before arrival.

Sanitize

We do our best to keep our center continuously sanitized throughout the day. We can’t be fully confident in the effectiveness of our efforts without the cooperation of our clients and visitors. Upon entry at any time of day, please immediately proceed to the nearest hand washing position for the requisite 20 second hand wash or use the sanitizer at each entrance.

We believe the spread of any virus is assisted by contaminated mobile phones. People touch everywhere and hold the phone up to their face, etc. Help us out by giving your phone an ultraviolet bath. Our open centers have a mobile phone cleaner at each reception desk. It takes only 6 minutes. Use it as often as you want but at least once when you first arrive.

Break Rooms

We will try to keep these open with the cooperation of everyone. Please only one person at a time. Wash your hands before touching the equipment like coffee machines or microwaves. We will provide disposable utensils where possible. If you can’t eat in your private office, maintain 6’ when seated. You can’t eat with a mask on-so be conscious of your position.

Meeting Rooms

We are currently limiting our meeting room availability to only those rooms which meet the current CDC standard for spacing between participants. In some centers, we may offer a pricing structure on a per person per hour basis rather than by the room size to maximize spacing and minimize cost.
